Receptionist at the front could do better. I arrived a few minutes before closing to drop off my vehicle and I wanted to ask for additional estimate I was going to pay for out of pocket, but she wouldn't let me explain,or at least offer to call back next door to speak with someone.

This is my second time and I love their customer service and updates about the status. They are also great in bringing back the car to its original place. However the estimates and the actual are not the same even if there is no hidden damage. Especially my second visit. Over all it is best.
