Came Monday morning to pick up the car (stopped by Friday, got a call it was done. I came into the office to arrange pickup for Monday). Car was done Friday but when I came in the car still needed protective stickers placed on corner of door. Also there is a scratch still located on the lower panel in the area that was repaired (was hoping for a "like" new appearance for the money I paid). Don is great and happily took care of the stickers and scratch. The stickers look good, but the scratch was patched with touch up paint (ugly). Such a great repair job was demonished by this scratch. I was then late to my first day at a new job.

Your professional work and help was much appreciated. You kept me up to date of the repair process with emails, and when the car repair was complete, you even drove my car over to my work and made the exchange of my rental car.
