The repairs were not done properly and even after taking my car back repeatedly still not completed correctly. My car has been at the shop 4 times and they still haven’t gotten the repairs right.

The car was filthy inside & outside from the dust! I spent all afternoon detailing & vacuuming the white compounding dust from the seats & floor mats. Plus, cleaning the whole outside of the car. Very disappointed that the car was not presentable when we picked it up.

They did a fantastic job, however i need to call them because one of my tires that was replaced/brand new was low when i picked my car up and we re-filled it, it went low again the next day.

Every step of the process was made so easy. From the communication over phone, email and update texts. Shelby is who I spoke to the most, she was very kind and upbeat. Never really experienced that at any body shop even for basic maintenance. It felt very hassle free, especially not having to deal with adjustment claims after finding more damage. Paint job was also spot on and my brakes feel great as well. Will definitely be leaving a great review and will recommend you to everyone. Thank you all so much!
