Every step of the process was made so easy. From the communication over phone, email and update texts. Shelby is who I spoke to the most, she was very kind and upbeat. Never really experienced that at any body shop even for basic maintenance. It felt very hassle free, especially not having to deal with adjustment claims after finding more damage.
