As I said I felt you were dishonest with me. I should have been informed before pickup that there was an incident in the shop ( you told me yourself someone was fired over this incident). I feel that the car was not safe to drive home from my work that evening due to poor visibility r/t the windshield. I could have been in an accident. I was also told when I arrived the next day with the car that you would clean the windshield and you had razored it and it was all set. It actually wasn't all set and I returned again. At that point you stated that you would razor it again (and an employee said that it wasn't razored on the prior cleaning). I have had prior experience with your shop and been very happy with the work. Something just isn't right there anymore. I will not be back.

Repair Quality

I was happy with the repair that was done, but unhappy that there was something all over my car and obscuring my windshield so that I could not see through it properly. especially at night and in rain.

Customer Service

I felt that I was lied to about what was on my windshield. You pretended not to know, but when I made the call to complain you were quick to tell me to bring it right in (which I appreciated) but was also told that there were other cars that had this problem, so I just felt you knew what happened and tried to brush it off.
