I definitely read reviews before I chose this business with high reviews. I chose this place, but I would not recommend it because of the service I had not because of the work itself that was completed. The repair work was excellent.

Twice I got a estimate for $3000 from you after you took my car completely apart to start fixing you called me twice once saying it would be an additional $700 because you failed to bid it wrong. then you called and said it would be again additional $500 you wrote zero in the calibration part and would not do it as you said it was recommended but unless I paid more, you did not complete that job. I asked if you could just put my car back together and I would take it back and not complete the work in the very beginning you said no you were too far into it to do that. I feel like you did a good job on the repair itself But if it needed to be calibrated you should have taken care of that. I would rather a bid that included that additional 500.00 in the beginning. My car was in the shop longer than I was told in the beginning. My back windshield must have been down a little because the car wash was awful and the passenger side of my car backseat was wet from the car wash. I have always had positive communication when I had my car worked on before I felt this was not a positive transaction and was disappointed with the communication when picking my car up The man at the counter did apologize for your mistakes, but when I left, I did not feel good about the whole situation. I originally was not going to give a review but you continue to send me messages.

I was handed the key at the counter. No one walked out to examine the car just continued on with the next customer. I don’t believe anyone really cared how I felt about the job done at your shop when I was handed the key and walked out so I’m not quite sure why you want to hear from me now!

The work they did on my damaged truck looks great, I have no issue with that at all. The only reason I’m not giving them a 10 was my truck was clearly rushed to get it out of the shop that last day. It was partially cleaned, but then had residue and actual clumps of whatever buffing compound or products they used to clean it up. I would’ve rather they not done any detailing work at all than to do it like they did. I had to take it home and wash/scrub off the residue of that compound before it really messed up the paint. They close at 5pm and my truck was ready at 4:52 and we did a quick walk through of the work that was done, but no mention of the “detailing”. Overall they did great in fixing the damage which was the most important part. But were rushed and fell short on the detailing part and returning my truck to me in tip top shape.

I wasn’t going to do this. I told them I didn’t want to leave a review. They kept asking me to do so, so here it is. I’ll be nice. Price gouged me at the end. Was very specific about getting a concrete number not just a ball park. We talked about badges and tri color paint during this initial visit. In the end after the work had been finished my price went from $1300 to $1800. Big Difference. And they claim it was due to the badges and tri color paint which they knew about from the beginning.

Though there was approval for a new wheel, it was "polished and touched up". The damage is still visible. The vehicle now vibrates at 30MPH instead of 38 before the "fix". There's a new light scratch on the hood. We have records of the current odometer reading and 16 days before the drop. Our truck was at your shop for 6 days and you put 214 miles on it. Noticed that the average miles per hr dropped from 15 to 11 which made us check odometer readings. It was not as clean on the inside as when we dropped it off & close to 2/4 Of gas was used. Unfavorable customer service at the front desk and I'll stop there. Super irritated and very unhappy.
