My car looks beautiful and I’m so glad to have it back! Brian was very good to work with and I will recommend Franklin Body Shop. Two thoughts though: 1. Over estimate how long the job will take. My car took 2x longer than originally quoted. 2. I asked about using my debit card for payment when I dropped the car off, after reading the sign on the counter about all the fees and no cash or check. I was told I could use my debit card. When I used my debit card upon completion, it was declined due to the amount which Trish told me happens all the time. I wish I had been informed about bringing a cashier’s check. I would have been more prepared when checking out. Overall, very happy with the work performed.

Franklin Auto Body was beyond amazing and they did such a good job making my car look great!! Brian went above and beyond to give us the best estimate in the city and told us he could repair it when everyone else said it wasn’t possible without being completely cut out.
