Back tail lights were not fixed when we picked up...Had to come back a day later. This should have been obvious as it also warns you when you turn on the car

The repairs are magnificent and the shop also fixes a few small scratches at no additional charge. Needless to say, I am a happy camper! Great company and working with Matt made the process smooth!

I was mostly satisfied with the experience dealing with Car Car Autobody although I do find it annoying to keep receiving emails which are intended to demonstrate the companies level of care and detail but contain significant errors. For example getting an email message confirming that I had picked up my car on the 22nd when I had actually picked it up on the 18th. As far as the physical repairs to my car are concerned the only issue I have is that the hood is not quite aligned correctly with respect to the front fender. It is not a major issue just an annoyance following the accident and repair.
