I chose this repair center because of its great Google reviews and expected a high-quality repair. When I dropped off my car, I specifically explained to the receptionist that although the repair was going through insurance, cost was not an issue for me. I was willing to personally cover any additional expenses that insurance might not cover, as long as the bumper was painted properly and the final result was clean and high quality. Unfortunately, after getting my car back, I noticed several bumps and visible traces of paint on the bumper. In my opinion, this is not a clean or professional paint job, especially considering that I had clearly communicated that budget was not a concern as long as I received good-quality work. I am disappointed with the result and expected much better based on the center's reputation and Google reviews

The repairs looked like they were done by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Panels not fastened correctly, clips falling out, uneven edges, new dents from trying to push panels in place. The workmanship is just awful.

110% all the way. Matt Shirvani surpassed every expectation with customer service. The extensive bodywork was completed before schedule and done to showroom quality. They even detailed the car before I picked it up. I cannot stop raving about how great my experience with Car Source was. No one wants to need bodywork done, but if it’s necessary these are the people to take care of you.
