I am totally satisfied with the process and outcome of the car overall. I had a great experience with Andrew, he kept me updated each week about the status of my car. The car look great when I got it back it was nice, washed, and detailed. The car looked as good as new and was perfect. The only problem/flaw I noticed was that the tow hook cap was glue on with some adhesive sealant and was missing the connecting pieces to put it in the tow hook properly.

The people at CarSource are awesome! The manager was professional. I had a lot of questions about the process, timeframe, etc., and the manager was always patient and answered my questions with ease. I was so pleased with the results. They are skilled and they cleaned my truck from the inside out and made it look brand new. I highly recommend CarSource. You will not be disappointed.

Andrew was so detailed right from the start and I was impressed with his thoroughness. He went over the car damage as well as the rest of the car that was not involved in the collision. He discovered damage to one of my tires in his inspection. I am so grateful because I would not have noticed it otherwise

It is the first time that I am satisfied with the excellent attention in a Car Source Collision Center, but above all very satisfied with the excellent work, quality that they put on my car, not only the attention of the administrative staff is FIVE STARS quality, I was able to talk with the staff who do the paint and repair work and I could also feel that they take great pride in having done their best work with each car at Car Source Collision Center.
