He clearly explained the timeline, repairs, and next steps while setting realistic expectations. As an added bonus, his expertise with the insurance process provided reassurance, making everything smooth and stress-free. From there, Matt the general manager, took customer service to the next level. He went above and beyond—personally dropping me off to pick up a car rental and providing real-time updates on my bumper repair and paint job. I received photos, videos, and progress updates, showcasing the incredible quality of their work. I was blown away by the speed and precision with which they completed the repair. It’s rare to find an auto body shop that not only takes great care of your car but also prioritizes you as a customer. The emphasis on customer service here is truly refreshing—and in today’s world, that’s hard to find. Highly recommend! If I ever need auto body/detail work again, I know exactly where I’m going.
