Mel was great to work with on my recent vehicle repair. The vehicle was ready when promised and had been cleaned when I picked it up. He gave me an honest estimate and was able to stick to the estimate. Very happy experience!

Mel Pinckey gave me his email address and I was able to send him pictures of the damage. He called me back as soon as he got them and gave me the options and the estimate of the repairs. I brought it in the next day and it was fixed and was exactly the price of the estimate. The truck looked terrific. As always. I was very satisfied with my experience at Carl Black.
