Excellent service and treatment. Can't say enough about the personal treatment and care. The main focus of the trip, ie a car accident repair was well managed not only professionally but "kindly". I live about 100 miles from where my car was involved in the accident, it was taken by a wrecker to Carls without any pre-appointment. I didn't know anything about the location until arriving. Immediately, I was treated like family on every occasion ( in person or over the phone). They had to obtain parts from out of country on this brand new car. I did not hear anything about any trauma involved in that process. They kept me updated throughout. They treated both myself and my wife very well and produced an excellent repaired vehicle. If I need help - I'd have no reservations as to where I'd go. It was an excellent experience. Unfortunately, I won't see them again, unless I have an accident close enough to be towed to their location. Honestly, I could make this recommendation without any reservation. "Excellent experience

It would be a 10 except for the white stripes on the front bumper not being completed. Not sure who to blame for this but probably Allstate insurance being cooperative
