This was my first accident and first time I’ve had to claim something on insurance. Joel’s and the staff made my whole experience seamless and quick. Hopefully I never have to use my insurance again but if so there isn’t a doubt in my mind who I will go to. Thank to Joel’s and to farm bureau my agent Tracie was extremely helpful and there at the moment i needed her. My satisfaction level would be higher than 10.
