The friendliest and most professional body shop I’ve even been to!! Dropped off my car same day got my rental and 9 days later my car was finished! No B.S no runarounds I was extremely satisfied!! Excellent work! Even detailed my whole car rims and all completely spotless!! Would recommend Carl’s collision to anyone!!

Everyone was courteous and nice, but I would’ve liked better communication on the time it took to repair and more regular updates. I also would’ve liked to stay in my car until parts came in.

I do let everyone know how good they are and the customer service is outstanding. It is the second time I have brought my cars there. Its a one stop shop. They handle the insurance; they handle the repairs and the car rental is right in the facility.
