Everything was smooth and clearly communicated. One issue I had was with the email updates. I received an email on Thursday saying my car would be ready next Wednesday but then I was called Friday morning and my car was ready. I was glad I didn’t need to wait the extra time but the email threw me off.

A very attentive and responsive team. Quick and perfect repair. They went over what parts were repaired or replaced in detail. They work in unison with Enterprise Car Rentals making it a smooth and quick, no fuss transaction. Overall, a car accident already is a stressful situation, and Carl's has taken on the brunt of the burden making getting back on with life with the slightest inconvenience for me as humanly possible.
