I took my truck to your repair shop and had you guys “fix” bumper. I called and asked why I had a problem with the front headlights, I was told my truck already had a problem with the lights. I went to another repair shop and they quickly fixed my lights and told me that the wires were inverted. This was not my fault and I know for a fact that you guys caused the front lights to have a problem when they previously didn’t. I dont even want to talk about the rental car. If I had to rate you guys I would rate you a 0 out of 10.

Dropping off was pretty fast, smooth, effortless and informative. Kevin explained the whole process. The Enterprise woman was also very nice in explaining the rental car process. Appreciated Carl's communication to Geico and then relayed to me. The staff always seemed eager to help. The checkout process went just as well as checking in. The woman came outside with me and went over what was done while inspecting the vehicle with me. The vehicle came out in better condition than before the accident. I would definitely recommend Carl's.

Outstanding service I just dropped my car off on Thursday got a rental car right on sight. 5 days later I picked up my car and they did an amazing job!!
