Only critique. My email updates gave no real info. Car was on schedule for 6/6. When I called to arrange for pick up. My car was not ready. Waiting for a part to come. That info would have made the missed date a little more acceptable then finding out at the last minute

The staff at Carl’s is outstanding, from the time you drop your car to picking it up, they make you feel like you are their main priority. They do an excellent job at every aspect of the process, and their work is by far the best out there. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Carl's team is quick and proficient in returning the vehicle back to the owner and excels in dedication and service. The one thing that would have been nice is if there was a discount on a multiple comeback customer. I've been there three times, and a discount would have been nice. Other than that, overall work is great. Thanks.
