I wouldnt knowing how my car was treated

I have brought my cars previously to Carl’s Collision in the past and the quality of work has always appeared to be good. However this time around It looks like whoever was driving my car around abused it. I reset my trip mileage and average mpg before I dropped off the car and when I picked it up I noticed the car had been driven 2.3 miles with and averaged 3.3 miles per gallon. I regularly get 25 mpg so obviously whoever drove the car around abused it. Needless to say I’m not happy about it and will probably take my cars somewhere else in the future.

Everything from the very first contact to when we picked up the car was very courteous and professional. Theresa was exceptional at making us feel comfortable and welcome. She has A plus customer service skills. She made the situation as easy for us as possible. We also appreciated having transportation available when we dropped off the car and the text updates on it’s progress. We also advised our insurance agent how well we were treated and they were not surprised! We will recommend your shop whenever we have the opportunity. Thank you, Michael & Linda Fagan
