I really appreciated the friendly and fast service. Thank you for fixing my car so quickly. It was a very nice touch vacuuming and washing the car after it was repaired. I'm not happy that someone hit my car, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to take it to your business to be repaired. Thanks for an exceptional experience.

I'm very grateful for all your help. The service I received was efficient, my interactions with staff were pleasant, and I was informed at every step of the progress on my vehicle. It definitely makes the whole experience of hurting my car less painful for me!

The vehicle isn't completely fixed. The reverse sensors don't work. Haven't talked to Carl's our Geico about it yet though. I'm sure it will be taken care of.

I was invoked in front end accident and something not out the power to head lights and was told they wasn't fixing bcuz..I needed to prove theaccident did it..I was invoked in a front end accieny...that should be morethen a enough prove...prove to me It didnt...they where working before the accient

I was not completely satisfied because I had to take it back but Carl's fixed my issues and now am completely satisfied. It was just a hassle that it wasn't done right the first time and I had to take time out of work to take it back

I was highly impressed with the level of customer service provided by the team. I had paid by card when I was stuck in traffic and the keys were going to be left in my car. I was going to leave rental car in drop box. I could not find the drop box and a staff member on his way home for evening volunteered to take the keys to the office for me. We got in the car and found that we could not open the passenger door from the inside. I went to see the staff who were still in the building at 6:30pm and I was expecting them to tell me to come back which would have been difficult since I live in Martha's Vineyard. Instead they took the car to the shop even though their work day was done. They invited us to sit somewhere more comfortable and offered us TV as well as bottled water and even asked if we wanted the water warm or cold. They apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for our patience. They were just so friendly. The staff who answered the phones while my car was there was always friendly and helpful as well. I was highly impressed with the service overall and thought the "wow" factor was delivered. Thank you.
