Ray Mercado made my bad day and turned into a seamless experience. He was very professional, helpful & superior communication. His service and quality of work went beyond my expectations. I marked one star lower because my car was sitting idle beneath a dirty tree with its leaves rotting on top of my new car. CCC was very responsive to move my car, however, my car was later moved back to this same parking spot, and I had to complain again.
