Took 15 days to replace the bumper on by 2020 Toyota Camray. Parts should have been ordered immediately same day I dropped off car and this us at est a 3-4 day job, nit 15 days!

I wouldn’t recommend because you guys seem to be too busy and so I would let anybody know that I would recommend but they would have to understand that the wait could be very long just for being so busy

I’ve had several of my cars over the years brought here for service and for the most part the work is good and the service advisor is good, but the front desk is not the funnest to deal with. They take their gatekeeper jobs very serious and makes for less than pleasant experience as a consumer. Also, you guys seem to be getting so busy that it takes so long to get our cars fixed. Also on my Tacoma truck that we brought in they missed fixing one extra thing that they said they would fix for us. But they did a nice cleaning of the car and fixed the item that was supposed to be fixed so overall, it was fine

The front desk wasn’t very nice and didn’t seem happy with their jobs and took it out on us when we walked in or called by being short and snippy. Also, I had to call many many times to check on the status of my vehicle would’ve hoped that there was something proactive on your end that you guys could call us and let us know the status of our vehicle.
