I thought the overall process was very satisfying from the beginning to the end. I worked with Alfonso and he was very easy to work with. He communicated with me throughout the entire process to keep me up to date with the repairs done to the car. They provided shuttle service to and from the near by car rental place. The repairs done to the car were done in a timely manner.
