Carlsbad collision was excellent and if I need services in the future, I will be coming back to them. I had health issues at the same time as getting my car repaired and the staff there helped me navigate the timing. Alfonso was in charge of repairing my car, and he was terrific. Repairs were completed and at the end done well. Communication was poor. The repairs took a long time than necessary. It was all body work. My car was returned to me with a less than satisfactory job buffing the hood. Which was okay. Because I had to bring it back in to have parts installed. The delay in parts was not their fault. But the lack of communication and poor job on buffing was on their end. Everyone is very nice and my car does look great.
