Excellent service and reasonable! I had a potential thief break my electric door handle and Carlsbad Collision worked with Nissan to get me an exact match and repaired quickly at a reasonable price. I paid out of pocket due to my deductible so this was huge! Can’t recommend them enough!

I had to check in many times as the car sat in limbo waiting for anything to happen. I had to contact Carlsbad Collision Center and do the leg work of connecting the insurance company and repair shop to get the repair started. This was after waiting 2 weeks for the repair to even order parts. Then the repair was not done properly and the door could not be opened from the inside and there was a large scratch on the door handle. I am kind of bummed by hte experience.
