Very well pleased with the visit along with the repairs made. Initial contact made with Ricky who gathered all information needed from the insurance company. Ricky gave me complete confidence that he would handle all of the details. He took complete charge the very day I went in for an estimate of repairs. This was a very pleasant experience that I had been dreading going through. He definitely put my fears to rest right away. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Parts were ordered and repairs scheduled on the spot. They repaired my vehicle right on schedule and did a great job. April kept me well informed of the progress and was very easy to speak with. Robert who I assume was the manager met with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs and services I had been given. We are not please with the trim where part of it was replaced and the other half was not replaced and is discolored due to wear and tear. We were told that it was not replaced because that section was not damaged but to us that is like placing new paint beside old paint. (Concerning the paint, that didn’t happen, just used as an analogy for an example.)

My car looks amazing!!! You could never tell anything happened. I loved the text updates keeping me informed. The staff helping me made me comfortable because he was very knowledgeable and I felt my car was in good hands. Amazing work and an amazing job well done!!
