The service man was great. He was knowledgeable, to great pride in his work and answered my questions. The front desk woman was quite indifferent and was carrying on a conversation with someone else while taking my payment.

Capital Ford is linked with Enterprise rental. The customer service woman was quite indifferent. Without taking her eyes off the computer screen she asked "Name?" Then moved through it. I didn't learn her name until I was signing the contract. A little eye contact goes a long way.

They did good work, but quality control needs to be put in place.

The repair looks good, but I had to come back several times for them to fix issues I found. Some was additional damage to the bumper done when it was removed. Others were runs in the clear coat that was applied. There is a lack of quality control and seemlingly no quality check. Overall I lost 1 full day of work as I had to run back and forth several times.
