Having agreement with an insurance provider should mean you have parts and time to repair vehicles just as timely as you need to take in the vehicle. An estimated 10 day repair turned into almost a month an having to pay for a rental $30 a day that is a big difference that is out of the consumers hands.

The repair was expertly completed as always as you have repaired many of my vehicles over the past 30 years. The only issue is that upon replacing radiator and air compresor unit it would have been nice to spray out the engine bay as it still had coolannt and freon remaining after the repair and smelled as such when delivered.

Everything went fine. Estimated pick up time was beyond my expectations. They finished the vehicle well beyond the date expected. The issue they fixed looks great. The only problem ive noticed is the side that was fixed my passenger side window rolls up slower than all the other windows & clicks when I put it down. Hopefully all is well with that. Otherwise fine. Thanks

The damage that needed to be repaired got fixed well, but the shop left new scratches and paint spots on my car that were not there previously before I took the car in to get fixed.
