I’m glad to finally get my car back, but this is the second car I’ve had to bring back after an accident. My car is now making a noise that it’s never made before and I was told that it’s fine.

Staff was friendly and courteous. However, the notice I received that my car was ready was very late on a Friday afternoon and you weren't open the next day. If I had known earlier I could have made arrangements to pick it up on Friday. I understand you didn't get the right part and that caused the delay in that the new part arrived Friday afternoon. Only mentioning it because it cost me 2 extra days of insurance on my rental. I was out of the area for the day but would have changed plans to get back sooner if I had adequate notice.

A bit frustrated that needed parts were not anticipated and ordered prior to needing them that day. This meant many daily orders vs one order knowing what parts would be needed tp repair the vehicle. Is this due to insurance companies or trying to keep your costs under control? Communication about how the car was progressing in the repair process from Dustin was greatly appreciated. Thank you and the car runs great and we're happy to have it back.

I have use Maurice & sons three times and every time they are excellent service very informative, professional from the front desk staff to the follow up messaging system keeping me notified of everything going on to the guys in the back that do the repairs always comes out excellent work for repairs to the coordination with my insurance company everything they do makes it quick and easy for anybody to the rental cars drop off and pick up kudos to everybody would recommend this company to anyone

This is the second time my truck has been fixed from an accident in the last year and a half. Maurice and son went above and beyond. From matching the color on the plastic fender pieces that weren’t matched from the factory, to keeping me updated the whole build. They gave me a ride home when I dropped my truck off and managed to complete a full tear down and rebuild in 7 days. The customer service was great as well from the second I walked through the doors. Would highly recommend the guys.
