Everything went fine. Estimated pick up time was beyond my expectations. They finished the vehicle well beyond the date expected. The issue they fixed looks great. The only problem ive noticed is the side that was fixed my passenger side window rolls up slower than all the other windows & clicks when I put it down. Hopefully all is well with that. Otherwise fine. Thanks

The damage that needed to be repaired got fixed well, but the shop left new scratches and paint spots on my car that were not there previously before I took the car in to get fixed.

I have very mixed feelings because their work was fabulous but the length of time to get it fixed was unreasonably long- six weeks and a day!!!

The actual repair job is a 10, but the length of time for the repair was 6 weeks and 1day which was extremely inconvenient so my satisfaction about that was very low, a 1 so total satisfaction is in the middle- a 5
