Thank you for getting it completed in such a timely manner, and for keeping me updated on the progress throughout the repair time. I value great communication and you really do a great job with that. My car looks amazing, the repair work is incredible, even for something that some people would consider minor, to me it was an eyesore. A nice surprise was that you took the time to vacuum out the inside and did some cleaning that I wasn’t anticipating.

The whole process was Absolutely flawless. From the very first visit, to the drop off of the vehicle, to the pickup of the finished product. 10 days is all it took to fix my vehicle to perfect condition. Unbelievable. Also dealing with the rental car company was perfect as well. Awesome job all around.

I’d caution folks to watch their bill as far as insurance coverage goes. We were told we owed Carons $500, when they only had $250 coming to them. It took a call from our insurer to correct this and Carons never admitted their error.

The repair was well done and it was a great surprise to see how nicely the interior of the vehicle was cleaned! However, as nice as it was to receive two unexpected updates, both times there were references made to follow-up updates for specific times that did not happen. In addition, I was told at two different times that our deductible was $500, yet checking with our insurance, our deductible was only $250. It was only after having our insurance company contact Carons that this was corrected. In spite of that, Carons maintained that our insurer made the mistake, even though the receipt we were provided showed the error was clearly Carons.
