The front desk, the part of carriage house I dealt with, handled my case very efficiently. They communicated with insurance company, spoke with me when I brought in the vehicle and only called to tell me when the car would be ready , and again when it was ready, sooner than the promised date. Very professional.

Pros: Overall good job. Color matches, can't really tell it was repaired. Friendly and helpful staff Cons: interior of the car was full of dust and headliner had numerous grease stains that were difficult to clean. Also one of the windows was scratched. I didn't notice it when I picked the car up because the car was so dirty I couldn't tell and I was focused on the repaired area. Lesson learned inspect before you accept
