The reason for this is even tho everyone did what thry said n body work was fine. It took 7 days to long. It should not of takin 11 days to of replaced a bedside n outer wheelhouse. I've done body work for yrs. N even tho the insurance company will give you (touch time) it should be quicker. People have to pay insurance on rental (in my case.) Yes I know you have other cars to work on. But on a bedside there's no dry time on things. You take old off n replace it. Maybe so dry time for alittle filler to cover any exposed welds but that's it then go to paint. I've had other bedside replaced at other shops. It takes 3 days n both cases. I talked to other body shops while you guys had my truck. The two other shops I talked with said they'd do it n 3 to 4 days depending on paint match n how busy spray booth was. Your body shop reps. Hillary n Roger I think was his name both did their jobs well n professionally. But the way this was scheduled n the fact it took 11days is completely uncalled for. I'll never be back nor will I recommend this shop. N will certainly tell any and all people about what what happened n the time it took and why, ( touch time) it was completely uncalled for.
