This was a seamless experience, CARSTAR did everything they updated me every day or every other day kept me updated with payments how the progress is going. I called once with a question so helpful when I brought my car in and when I picked my car up, they couldn’t be more happy to help all around great service. This was my first experience with a collision and my goodness I am so glad I picked this company. I am so happy with the service.

This is my second time using Carstar and I would recommend them to not only friends and family but strangers down the street. This shop is in constant communication with you sending you daily texts about the progress of your repair. The staff are exceptional and they also work with several car rental services nearby and can handle most transactions on your behalf. The work is always fantastic and if it’s not up to their standards they’ll let you know and will continue to work until it is.

It was the best car repair on auto body that I have ever been to and I’m 82 years old I could not have asked for more and cleaning the car afterward was never this clean. Everyone was polite and responding to all of my needs. I will recommend you to all the people I connect with.
