When you call Carstar you wait on the phone and hear there prompts and on of the comments you hear is that "Your car will be returned to you in Pre-Accident condition". That is not true.

When i first showed up to pick up the car i was unsatisfied with how the car came out then when it was time to pick it up the same reason was still there after being told it was taken care of. I had a gap between the headlight and fender. I had a new light on my dashboard for my airbags which was not on when i dropped the car off and my e-brake felt completely different.

Four of my light were not working when I picked the car(100% sure I brought it with working lights) cost of repair $1480 .. cost of fixing light on my own $2000. Car shop said they are not going to fix it because they didn't do it (while did it than ?) DOK NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
