The entire experience was excellent, from check in (thanks, Cathy) through the repair and pick up. Riley and Cathy kept me informed at all stages of the repair. The car, when I picked it up—2 days earlier than estimated—was spotless and cleaned inside and out. I would—and already have—recommend Carstar to my friends.

My insurance company recommended Carstar of Cary to work on my vehicle to repair some damage. My car was in the shop an extra week or two than expected and when I got my vehicle, there were new in additional scratches and marks on the front side that were not there prior. I looped in the manager, and they instantly prioritized it. It had me bring it back to the shop to get it all taken care of free of charge, which I was happy about, but it was a little bit frustrating dealing with no car for well over a month.
