After the worry went down with the first email, I knew both my pick in auto body shop, and the underwriter I was assigned, knew their jobs well and put me at ease in the entire process. I will definitely recommend both in the future.

All staff I spoke with were professional and friendly. I could tell the front of office was well run the very first call and visit. The tech I dealt with was proficient in getting me the info I needed. The customer service I saw and dealt with first hand was an 11 out of 10. I picked the place because it was on the way to work, and Im so glad I did!

The newly installed door was a bit out of alignment which caused the door to rub against the fender when opening or closing. I brought it back and it was fixed on the spot and only took a few minutes. That was the only glitch, so very pleased overall.

Cathy's level of communication was excellent. I just got the vehicle back today and everything looks proper. Was ecstatic that it was cleaned both in and out (minus the stuff I left in the car). Was quoted two+ weeks and got it back in 8 days so thats a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Yes! They were very professional and Kathy was really helpful at checkout. The mechanics did a fantastic job of fixing the windshield and back passenger light. If I get any more damages to any car, I'll definitely come back!
