I highly recommend Car Star. The customer service was great. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I don’t know his title but Ledell was assigned to help me and he explained the process and kept me informed from beginning to end and the body shop did a phenomenal job on the front bumper of my car. I’m a very happy customer! Great job CARSTAR!

I was very satisfied with the customer service. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly both in person and on the phone. Also Ledell greeted me with a smile and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I even like the way the rental car process was set up.Easy peasy. Everything was stress free.

The communication from the texts and phone calls was amazing and definitely made the process very smooth. Along with how fast they got me into the shop and finished earlier than the expected finish date. Ill definitely be sticking with Carstar for any auto body work in the future!

The car was repaired and put back together like it was brand new. On a side note, I had a SRS light on my dash when I brought my car in. After all the repairs done to my vehicle and the recalibration that light is no longer there. Which makes me believe the dealership that I bought the vehicle from was lying to me and trying to get extra money out of my pocket. This has nothing to do with Carstar Auto body of Smithfield they just fixed an additional problem probably without even knowing. The problem with the dealership will be something I'll have to handle on a different day. With all that said thank you once again for repairing my vehicle.
