I had front bumper, fender and right headlight damages due to a car hitting me. My insurance company recommended CarStar for my repairs and I am glad they did. From the moment I walked into their doors Hasan was so polite and professional. He went through every thing step by step so that I can understand what is being repaired/replaced on my vehicle. I had a chance to laugh when some of the staff made jokes. It made you feel right at home. Hasan even called enterprise to pick my up which was awesome. I received text messages on the status of my vehicle. When I got the call to pick my vehicle up I was excited to see how good off a job they did and OMG!!!!! My baby looked brand new! Just like she did before the damage. Hasan even helped me with my bags which was beyond exceptional services. I let my wallet in the rental and Hasan brought it to me as I was across the street about to get gas. Everyone was professional and well mannered. The service was A1 My repairs was beyond exceptional My car looks really good I am greatly appreciated for the work this team from the first encounter until the last. I am 100% satisfied with all of the services that was provided to me and I will recommend this location to all of my family, friends and even strangers Lol Thank you all so much for the great work You guys are truly a STAR

Hasan was such a big help. His customer service was everything. Hasan even contacted enterprise rental services to pick me up. The staff was also polite and funny. I was aware of everything that was going on with my repairs. They even washed and vacuumed my car which saved me time. I would recommend this shop because the vibe was 100%, customer service 200%, I was impressed with my repairs and my car looks exactly how it was prior to the incident. I am completely satisfied with their service and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you for recommending them.
