My damaged headlight was not replaced but what was repaired/replaced on the hood and bumper is acceptable.

I was never given an estimated timeframe for repair. I was never given weekly courtesy calls to give an update on the repairs. Instead, I had to call weekly myself but was given multiple different excuses because I was apparently confused with a similar vehicle. The representatives were courteous during interactions, although sometimes short.

Excellent Service. Mr. Greene is probably the nicest and most customer.service oriented person I've met at an auto/body shop. Really! Only thing I wish was explained to me was the length of time in days my car would be in there. This was the first time I had to do the process.of getting body work done on my car and didnt know it would take nearly a week. Not a big issue really but wish I was told this for better planning. Overall however, very satisfied customer here.
