Repair looks great. Communication throughout the unexpectedly long process (2 weeks for some scratches) could have been much better. The staff were friendly and professional when we communicated, but the 3% credit card fee on the deductible was not a pleasant surprise

Wonderful experience! Owner and his wife very friendly and experienced. The work was great as well. They clean my entire truck and had the rims looking like new again, a big bonus! Would more than highly recommend this business!!!!!

Overall a great experience. My car looks brand new and I’ve received soo many compliments about it. There was no hassle, no issues nothing negative at all. They were super kind and I felt extremely comfortable at Car star. I’ve had bad experiences with other car shops and this is the first place that let made me feel like I didn’t have to hunt them down for questions they let me know roughly how long it could take and it took exactly that time nothing longer. I will use Car star again for any car issues in the future.
