To be completely honest with you, When I first used car star, my wife got her car back and it looked like it was right off the showroom floor. not one spec of dust on the floor everything was clean the dashboard Windows everything. This time around, I was not satisfied at all, neither was my wife the same dirt that was on the floor when they left the car a month ago was still there on the dashboards were not clean plus there was some other stains in the car that were not in there before she dropped it off. So that's why I gave a low rating. My wife was expecting to pick her car up and look just as it did when she picked it up the first time. The Bodywork that they done was fine but she was not at all satisfied with the cleanliness of the car that she got when she got her car back

Dave and his techs were very thorough and did an excellent job of getting me back on the road after a major job requiring an engine replacement. Both Dave and Desiree who handles the front desk are very professional and enjoyable to work with.
