I really had a excellent experience with CarStar Auto repair because upon arrival a rental car representative was called to pick me up from Enterprise. I had not remembered about getting home without my car so this made everything convenient for everyone. Also upon arrival to Enterprise, I was given a rental car that was perfect for me. It was a little mix up in the repair of the glass windshield which caused the repairs to extend a couple day longer than expected however the issues was quickly resolved. Finally, the payment of the repairs was completed as I predicted. Thanks to everyone involved for a enjoyable car repair experience.

I give Star Car a 10/10. This is the second time that they have had to repair the body of my car, the first time being the worse. On both occasions my insurance was responsible for paying the bill. The owner’s vibe is so soothing and right on, I never experienced worry of it my vehicle would be repair to my standards. Everything was perfect, and the work is consistent, capable, and kind. I highly recommend!!!

Only thing I would suspect is giving estimate and when parts come in bring car back. I had rental car for a week. Could have kept my car until Monday or Tuesday and only had rental for a couple days. Staff were very nice to work with.
