We are some issues. The parking assist stopped working from being worked on there. My husband called to speak with the manager Ricky the Monday after we picked up the vehicle to advise him and he hasn't received a call back yet. This was my first experience with Carstar Avalon and I was highly impressed with the level of service and quality of work performed on my car. The process was seamless and the staff was very kind, caring, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to use them as well! I’m highly satisfied!

The ladies in the front office and my service advisor were all very kind, friendly, and helpful! They put a smile on my face and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I needed a rental and they were able to streamline that entire process from pick up to drop off. They kept in contact with me during the entire process and let me know in a timely manner when my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Pick up was a breeze and so was leaving the rental.
