My 2019 was damaged when I was rear ended. CARSTAR worked directly with the insurance company for payment of the service, and to arrange for me and my kids to be picked up from the location by HERTZ car rental. I certainly recommend this shop. The staff were professional and courteous from start to finish. I received updates via text messages and phone calls throughout the entire process of my vehicle being prepared.
