Car was not returned the same way it was given to shop. They left the back seat down and had removed the trunk cover and did not out to back in place. It is a large heavy piece and they should have put it back in it's original position before giving the car back to us. There are also scuff marks/slight discoloration on the bottom panel of the door, which we didnt see right away because it was raining when the car was picked up. So they maybe could have done a better job on that section of the repair. But overall, the door is functioning properly and the dent on the inside and outside are gone.
