From the time I walked in, Julie was professional and courteous with a good morning. How can we help you got the paperwork started and it was easy. Fernanda went out to give me the estimate and I let her know some of the other things that I wanted done she got back with me on the cost and I said let’s do it. The repair person or persons did an awesome job the review I put on yelled I put that I didn’t even recognize the car when I went to go pick it up so I didn’t approach it until you guys took me to it. That’s how good of a job you did pricing was awesome and I highly recommended you.you got a great team there. Keep up the great work

They were very professional in describing the whole process as well as how the parts affected my cars performance when fixed. I was glad to be called by David specifically, as he was very calming to hear from as he patiently updated me on my cars progress. I was very satisfied with how soon they got the repairs done in respect to when it was picked up, and knowing the paperwork behind it, I would definitely recommend CARSTAR to other people I know in case they have an emergency themself.

My car sounds way smoother then it had before, and accelerating feels way nicer on road. When turning on my car, there is less sound than it had with my previous catalytic converter. My check engine light turned on for three days afterwards, but it went away, so I am very satisfied!
