My whole experience from the beginning was positive and great. They shuttled me to work and picked me up when my car was ready. Cuccho went over and beyond with the amount of details on my vehicle, he did additional work that was initially there prior, it would present as minor to others but it was a huge relief for me. I will definitely reccomend him to other and the customer service was on point with every day reminders on my car status which is a huge relief as well, you want to know your vehicle is on track to being completed. Thank you for your excellent service.

I can't say enough about the management and staff at Carstar's Upland location. They had my vehicle back in my hands a week earlier than expected and were amazingly communicative throughout the entire process. God forbid I ever need more repair work done, but if I do, I'm going right back to these guys.
