This is a fantastic body shop. My husband was rear ended Saturday the 9th and Carstar Avalon called to have us drop the car off Monday the 11th. They estimated the repair work would be completed Thursday the 21st, but they were ahead of schedule and got our car back to us Tuesday the 19th! They sent text updates every step id the process, so we never had to call to check on progress. They were very friendly and explained everything in the process to reassure us we would have our car back as quickly as possible. The work they did was fantastic!! They also work with the rental car company, so not only were my husband and I picked up from the body shop to get the rental, my husband didn't have to go to the rental location to return the car. Carstar Avalon works with the rental company to accept the rental on our behalf and reach out to the company to pick up the car. They really made a stressful, inconvenient situation more bearable. I definitely recommend Carstar Avalon.

The repairs to my car were completed within a few days. Communication updates were sent daily via text messages. I was very happy with the repairs to my vehicle. The shop was always helpful and friendly. I would definitely return if needed in the future. Higly recommend👍.

I highly recommend Carstar! Everything went really smoothly. I loved the regular updates via text so I would know where things were. Carstar took care of all the insurance back and forth. It was so nice to not have to worry about all of that. My car turned out amazing and it was done in less time than anticipated!!
