Thank you for the wonderful service I received from the entire staff. Everyone was so professional but super friendly and kind. They kept me informed the entire time and did a wonderful job on my vehicle repair. They way the helped with my rental car process was so convenient and appreciated. My car was washed and looked great when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend this business to others. Excellent experience all around!

We had a wonderful experience with Carstar Avalon. Camillia at the front desk was pleasant, welcoming, and reassuring which we greatly appreciated in aftermath of an auto accident. Milton the estimator patiently and clearly explained what repairs would be needed and when our car would be done. Carstar worked hand in hand with our insurance company to provide us with an estimate for the repairs. Best of all, Carstar called us twice a week keeping us abreast with the progress. Our car was ready for pickup earlier than the estimated completion date and the repairs make the car look new again! It was also very convenient that Carstar made arrangements for a rental car that was waiting for us when we dropped off the car and we were able to leave the rental car at Carstar when we picked up our repaired car. All in all, our Carstar experience was a very bright spot while dealing with our accident and I would highly recommend them.
